Wait till you see the soya chunks swell and find the debris settle under the water. Now discard the water and squeeze the soya chunks tightly until you remove the water from them. Grind the soya chunks in a mixer to make soya granules. Grind the onions into a puree and keep it aside. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water and make it into a fine paste.
