  Ingredients Ingredients Quantity and Volume Soya chunks 1 cups Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Onions 2 medium-size Tomatoes 2 medium-size Cinamon 1 inch Bay leaf 1 no Oil 2 tbsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Chilli powder ¼ tsp Corriander powder ½ tsp Garam masala ½ tsp salt As per taste Lime juice ½ tsp Corriander leaves Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot and add in the soya chunks and switch off the flame. Wait till you see the soya chunks swell and find the debris settle under the water. Now discard the water and squeeze the soya chunks tightly until you remove the water from them. Grind the soya chunks in a mixer to make soya granules. Grind the onions into a puree and keep it aside. Blanch the tomatoes in hot water and make it into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan and add in cinnamon and bay leaf followed by ginger garlic paste and onion puree and cook till the onions turn brown. Moong dal chela / Moong dal dosa Ingredients : 1 cup gramflour/besan  1/2 cup green moong sprouts Salt to taste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 or 1/2 pinch of black pepper powder a pinch of asafoetida  1/2 cup buttermilk   Method :  1. Sprout the Moong dal/ Green Gram   2. In bowl take the gramflour or besan and mix in the sprouts.  3. Add all the masala except salt make a batter using buttermilk .  4. Keep aside for 10 minutes.  5. When ready to make add salt in the batter and mix.  6. Heat a nonstick pan sprinkle little ghee.  7. When it is hot pour a ladleful of batter and let it cook so the sprouts also get cooked.  8. Once done flip it on the other side. 9. When its brown on both sides its ready to be served. 10. Serve with dip of your choice.
